ArtVeyra is a local illustration wallpaper application for iPhone devices, which does not require users to register for any account to access and use all core functions of the application. This policy focuses on transparent data processing rules and fully clarifies the application's zero-collection rules for user facial information to protect every user's device privacy and personal data security.

1. General Data Processing Principle

All data and information generated and used during your use of the ArtVeyra app is processed independently and locally on your personal device. The application does not transmit any user data to external servers, third-party platforms, or remote networks. All operation records, artwork data, setting preferences and other content are only stored in the local storage space of your iPhone device, and no off-device data synchronization or backup will be performed automatically.

ArtVeyra strictly does not collect, store, process, transmit or utilize any form of user facial information under any circumstances. The application does not develop, invoke or reserve any functional interface, identification program or data collection module related to facial recognition, facial scanning, facial feature analysis or facial information extraction. There is no program logic in the app that can capture, identify, record or upload user facial data, and the app will never actively or passively obtain any facial biometric information of users in any usage scenario.

2. No Account Registration Requirement

ArtVeyra is a fully offline local application that supports full-function use without user account registration, login authentication, identity binding or personal information binding. Users can directly open the application to browse gallery wallpapers, preview wallpaper effects, collect and save artworks, and use the AI text-to-image studio function without submitting any personal identity information.

Since the application does not require any user identity verification and does not involve any user identity collection behavior, it completely eliminates any possibility of associating user facial information with user usage behavior. The app has no functional demand for facial data acquisition, and no background program will scan, monitor or record user facial information in any way during the entire use process.

3. Gallery Function Data Processing Rules

The ArtVeyra Gallery provides users with curated illustration wallpapers of multiple styles, including ink style, oil canvas style, fantasy style, minimalist style, wabi-sabi style, vintage style, cyberpunk style, forest style and headdress style. Users can search artworks by title, style and mood, filter content by category, view device canvas size adaptation information, preview wallpaper effects on lock screen, home screen and desktop, adjust image fitting modes, switch device frame display and turn on or off home icon overlay.

All gallery browsing records, screening operation records, preview setting records and favorite artwork records are all stored locally on the user's device only, and will not be uploaded to any external server or shared with any third party. Users can independently delete favorite records and browsing records at any time, and the deleted data will be completely and permanently removed from the local device storage without any residual data.

The gallery function only processes local artwork display data and user operation setting data, and does not involve any camera invocation, image shooting, facial scanning or facial data collection behavior. In all scenarios of browsing, searching, previewing and collecting wallpapers, the app will not capture any user facial information, will not analyze user facial features, and will not store any facial-related data. There is no facial data collection logic matching the gallery function in the entire application program.

4. AI Studio Function Data Processing Rules

The Studio module is a local text-to-image creation workspace of ArtVeyra. Users can complete AI illustration wallpaper creation by inputting custom prompt words, selecting built-in prompt cards, matching illustration styles and setting canvas ratios including mobile phone, desktop, square, ultra-wide screen or custom size parameters.

All creation prompt content, generated illustration works, studio operation records and custom parameter settings are all processed and stored locally on the user's device. The application does not upload any creation data to the cloud, does not share creation content with third parties, and all creation rights and data ownership belong to the user completely. Users can independently clear studio archive data at any time, and all cleared data will be completely deleted from the device without recovery.

It is clearly stipulated that the ArtVeyra app is not equipped with any camera function, does not support user photo uploading, and does not have any image acquisition and scanning function.

The AI Studio function only relies on local text parameters and style settings to generate artworks, and has no ability and authority to collect, scan, identify or record user facial information. The app never invokes the device camera in the studio creation process, never collects any facial biometric data of users, never uses facial information to assist creation or parameter matching, and all studio operation behaviors are completely independent of user facial data. No facial information will be involved, recorded or stored in any creation link.

5. Archive Data Storage and Deletion Rules

The Archive module of ArtVeyra maintains three independent local data lists for users, namely creation records, download records and favorite records. All list data are only stored in the local storage of the user's device, and will not be synchronized to the cloud, backed up remotely or obtained by any third party. Users can view, preview, open and delete all archived records independently at any time.

Once the user deletes any single archive record or clears the entire studio archive through the app setting function, the corresponding data will be completely, permanently and irrecoverably removed from the user's device, and no residual data will be retained in the application cache or device storage.

The Archive module only records user artwork creation, download and favorite operation data, and does not carry any collection, recording or storage behavior of user facial information. All archived data content has no connection with user facial features, facial images and facial biometric information. The application will not associate any facial data with user archive records, and there is no hidden program to collect or store user facial information in the archive system.

6. Application Setting Data Processing Rules

The setting functions of ArtVeyra include home icon overlay switch for wallpaper preview, optional studio mark display switch for exported works, and studio archive clearing control function. All setting preference data is stored locally on the user's device, and only takes effect on the current device. The application will not actively modify user settings, nor upload user setting data to any external platform.

Users can freely adjust and reset all setting parameters, and all setting change records are only saved locally without external transmission. All setting functions are designed for optimizing user wallpaper use and creation experience, and do not involve any personal privacy data collection behavior.

In all setting adjustment and function switching scenarios, ArtVeyra does not invoke any device permission related to facial recognition, does not collect any user facial information, does not monitor user facial state, and does not store any facial data records. The setting system of the app has no data interface reserved for facial information collection, and fundamentally avoids any possibility of facial data acquisition.

7. Device Permission and Privacy Protection Specification

ArtVeyra only applies for necessary device permissions to realize core functions. The only authorized permission is to save images to the local photo album of the device, which is only used for users to save favorite wallpapers and created artworks. The application does not apply for camera permission, facial recognition permission, audio permission, positioning permission and other irrelevant device permissions.

The application runs completely based on local program logic, and does not rely on network servers to run, so there is no network data transmission behavior of user privacy information.

ArtVeyra never applies for any device permission that can obtain user facial information, never uses any system function to capture user facial images, never analyzes user facial feature data, and never stores, transmits or shares any user facial biometric information. Throughout the whole running process of the application, there is zero collection, zero processing and zero leakage of user facial information, and the user's facial privacy is completely protected and will never be involved by the application.

8. User Data Autonomy Right

All data generated during the use of ArtVeyra, including browsing records, favorite data, creation works, setting preferences and archive records, are fully owned and controlled by the user. Users can independently view, manage and delete all local data at any time. After deletion, all corresponding data will be completely cleared from the device without any reservation.

The application will not automatically retain user operation data, will not back up user data without permission, and will not obtain any user private data beyond the functional scope.

Users have absolute autonomy over all their device data, and since the app does not collect any user facial information at all, users do not need to worry about the collection, storage, use or leakage of facial privacy data by the application. There is no facial data of any user stored in the local program of the app, and no facial data will be generated during any operation of the user.
